Jeremy has over a decade of experience designing soil regeneration systems across tropical and temperate environments. He specialises in microbiology-driven composting and carbon-sequestering soil systems, with a focus on restoring functional soil biology at scale.

 

As the architect of Terra Matters’ soil stabilisation framework, he leads the diagnosis and long-term remediation of degraded agricultural systems, applying scientifically grounded approaches to improve resilience, productivity, and ecological stability.

 

His work centres on biological system diagnosis and the multi-year stabilisation of perennial crop systems.

Syed has over 15 years of experience in organisational leadership and governance. He focuses on building structured, scalable organisations and translating technical capability into operational systems.

 

At Terra Matters, he leads capital strategy, governance, and organisational development, with a focus on reducing founder dependency and building long-term institutional capacity.
